"The Power of Shape" is my visual poem about movement, energy, and inner identity. A flood of vibrant oil colours spills across the canvas like a stream of raw emotions, creating distinctive, pulsating lines that extend into space like tentacles of thought. At the heart of this explosive composition rises a solid, rooted symbol that remains open to interpretation - a gesture, a mark, or a silent cry. I painted this central glyph using my own menstrual blood on the original art work, contrasting its primal texture against the surrounding oil painting and fiery crown of colours. This work doesn't tell a story; it captures a visceral state of being, inviting you to stop, breathe, and be guided by your own inner lines.
